The Stabilisers unique design elevates the ladder off the ground, effectively becoming the base of the ladder.

Sideways Slip
Reduces sideways slip by increasing the ladder base two fold.

Outwards slip and ladder twist
The most common cause of ladder accidents, outwards slip is counteracted by effectively changing the angle of the ladder stiles to an almost vertical degree, thus giving a downwards force on the load, rather than an outwards force. In tests by BSI FOUR TIMES the pressure was needed to make the ladder slip with the stabiliser fitted as opposed to without.

• Ladder twist is counteracted by the same principle.
• Gradient adjustment - telescopic legs allow the stabiliser to be used on uneven ground or slopes.
• Maximum extension 15cm.
• When fitted can be left on ladder for multi-site usage.
• Fixing to the bottom rung negates any mis-fitting as the stabiliser becomes part of the ladder.
• Stress on the bottom rung is only equal to the weight on the rung the user is working on.

If all other recommendations by the ladder manufacturers are adhered to and the stabiliser is fitted as per instructions, the user will be protected to a higher degree than without the stabiliser.
