How we collect personal data
The only personal data we collect from you is what you supply us with in the following forms
1 Web site enquiry forms. When you request a quote, call back or submit feedback you have the option to fill in your name, telephone and email address as a means of us being able to contact you.
2 When you submit on order, we take details for the purposes of delivery and invoicing.
3 If you make a telephone enquiry and request that we contact you back with information such as quotations or general product information.
4 Suppliers data is collected when suppliers invoice us.

Your personal data is only used for the purposes of processing enquiries you have made to supply quotations, oder processing, invoicing and the processing and keeping of the company’s audit accounts.
Suppliers, service providers and contractors data is stored and processed for the purposes of making payments and keeping the company’s audit accounts.

Right of access
You may wish to access a copy of the personal data we hold about you - this is called a Subject Access Request. You can do so by calling or emailing us.
