Podium Steps - Developed by Interlink Alloy

Podium Steps and a range of access equipment, alloy scaffold towers and aluminium scaffolding work platforms providing safe s for working at height designed and manufactured by Interlink Alloy Systems in Waltham Abbey, Essex.

Scaffold towers and work platform products include the Stair Span range of alloy scaffold access towers, the Fold-easy folding aluminium base system, the Stairdeck stairwell work platform scaffolding tower system, and the jewel in the crown, the Podium Steps range of portable scaffold units - The MK1 Podium Steps, Mk2 Podium Steps, and the MK3 Podium.

Podium Steps portable scaffold towers were invented and first manufactured by Interlink Alloy, with the original aluminium Podium Step providing the first real safe work platform alternative to builders steps. The latter have become virtually redundant with the advent of the Working At height Regulations (WAHR) and pressure from increased employer liability insurance costs.Since its inception in 1988 Interlink Alloy Systems has grown into one of the largest independant access related manufacturing companies in the UK, with a turnover of 2.7million.Originally set up as a repair facility, we now have our own range of access products, as well as compatible equipment for most makes of towers.

An expanding part of our business is in the specialist access field where standard equipment will not always provide a solution.We have a CAD 'library' of over 50000 custom designed tower structures that we have manufactured to specialist requirements such as access over height workstations or on escalators.We are your 'One Stop Access Shop'
